Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
Triage and assess patients with acute conditions, ensuring timely interventions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
Float to other units as needed to support hospital operations
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage emergency procedures

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
MAB/508 certification required at submission
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and fast decision-making skills
Proficiency in emergency procedures and triage protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing patient needs
