Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and efficient care to patients with acute medical needs
Assess patient conditions and initiate appropriate treatments
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients and families on health management
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
BLS certification required
ACLS preferred
Minimum 1 year of emergency or urgent care experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic health records
