Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess mobility and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore movement and reduce pain
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatments as needed

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain before start)
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedics, geriatrics, and neurological rehabilitation
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
