Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Document care provided accurately and timely
Support patients' emotional and psychological needs

Qualifications

Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) license in New Hampshire or Vermont
Valid BLS certification
Comfortable working overnight shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
Ability to take vital signs accurately
Proficient in infection control practices
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
