Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and efficient care to patients in an urgent care setting
Perform assessments, triage, and treatment for acute illnesses and injuries
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Educate patients and families on health management and follow-up care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum of 1 year of experience in urgent care, emergency, or acute care preferred
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
