Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition promptly to the care team
• Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to keep residents safe
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and resident interactions
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver excellent resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing (PA certification preferred)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
• Comfortable with direct patient care and lifting/transfer duties
• Positive teamwork attitude and strong communication skills

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of an accredited CNA program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient safety, infection control, and basic nursing skills
• Strong observational skills to notice changes in resident condition
• Compassionate bedside manner and ability to build rapport
• Basic charting and documentation skills
• Ability to follow care plans and effectively communicate with clinical staff
