Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during night shifts — your bedside presence matters
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document all care clearly
• Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the care team
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers smoothly during night operations
• Assist with wound care, vital signs, and routine nursing assessments
• Maintain timely, professional charting and communicate effectively with patients and families

Qualifications

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required)
• Comfortable working rotating night shifts and a 7-week travel assignment
• Demonstrated clinical competence caring for adult or long-term care populations
• Ability to follow facility protocols, charting practices, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Reliable, professional, and ready to bring empathy and energy to each shift

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and basic IV/PO understanding
• Skilled in vital signs assessment, infection control, and wound care basics
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records
• Good communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced night-shift environment
