Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assistance with daily living activities
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while preserving dignity
Measure and document vital signs and observe patient condition for changes
Support nursing staff with care tasks and clear communication of patient needs
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures
Accurately complete documentation and handoffs to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active, valid license or certification as required by Pennsylvania
Basic patient care experience preferred, eagerness to learn welcome
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assisting patients

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and resident care
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs and observations
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Good interpersonal skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Ability to follow care plans and communicate changes to nursing staff
