Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote comfort and dignity
Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered care
Create a warm, respectful environment that promotes resident independence and well-being

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or ability to obtain)
Comfortable providing personal care with attention to dignity and safety
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and ready to be a dependable member of the care team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and infection control practices
Ability to take vital signs and document accurately
Familiarity with safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Basic computer or electronic charting skills preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills and a resident-first mindset
