Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes promptly to nursing staff
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary care team
Support a safe, clean environment and follow established infection control protocols
Build rapport with residents and families to enhance the patient experience and promote dignity

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain one
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required by facility
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; valid CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with patient care and ADLs (activities of daily living)
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection control practices and patient safety
Basic charting and documentation skills; comfort with electronic or paper records
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Time management and prioritization to meet patient needs efficiently
