Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients according to plan of care
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly and professionally
Support patient comfort, dignity, and education during care delivery
Participate actively in orientation and unit-based training to maintain high standards

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Willingness to complete required orientation (orientation is provided)
Ability to work 12.5-hour clinical shifts as scheduled
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) clinical knowledge
Basic patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation practices
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
Professionalism, reliability, and strong patient advocacy
