Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with professionalism and warmth
Assess patient condition, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to create and update care plans
Document patient care clearly and timely in the facility’s medical record system
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with policies

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS) a plus
Clinical nursing experience in acute care preferred
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to pass background check and required pre-employment screenings

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid patient assessment and care planning abilities
Medication administration and IV therapy competence
Proficient documentation practices and comfort with electronic medical records
Effective teamwork, time management, and prioritization skills
Patient education and family communication expertise
