Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic imaging with attention to patient safety and comfort
Position patients and operate imaging equipment according to established protocols
Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to ensure diagnostic image quality
Maintain patient records and imaging logs accurately and professionally
Adhere to radiation safety procedures and infection control practices at all times
Participate in orientation and training activities to mentor new team members and maintain team standards

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (typical for the role)
ARRT certification or equivalent credentials preferred
Current state radiology technologist licensure (or eligibility) is preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
Strong patient care skills and professional bedside manner
Ability to follow protocols, work collaboratively, and maintain accurate documentation

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (associates or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Practical knowledge of radiographic techniques and patient positioning
Familiarity with PACS and digital imaging workflows
Understanding of radiation safety principles and regulations
Good communication skills for interacting with patients and clinical teams
Attention to detail for producing diagnostically useful images and accurate records
