Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers while maintaining safety
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and complete required documentation

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN license valid in Georgia (or compact/licensure acceptable by the facility)
• Recent nursing experience in an acute care or similar clinical setting preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliability and professionalism

Education

• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Familiarity with electronic medical record charting and documentation best practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Excellent patient assessment and rapport-building skills
• Basic understanding of infection control, safety protocols, and patient advocacy
