Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative operations to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations with care
• Handle patient communications professionally by phone and email
• Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure data integrity
• Support clinical staff by preparing materials and coordinating workflows
• Troubleshoot basic systems or escalate issues so nothing slows down care
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and patient privacy standards
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and patient experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• 1+ years of administrative or clinic support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently while staying connected
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems a plus
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
• Customer-service mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, or similar) preferred
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Problem-solving attitude and collaborative teamwork skills
