Roles & Responsibilities

• Complete required specialty competency testing and comply with site-specific protocols
• Follow infection prevention practices and maintain required fit testing and respirator evaluations
• Maintain up-to-date immunizations and screening documentation as part of safe patient care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and positive patient experiences
• Document care and comply with facility policies, procedures and reporting requirements
• Stay current with required trainings and health screenings to ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing (required)
• Successful completion of Fit Test and Trinity Respirator Evaluation
• Trinity Color Vision screening and Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen
• Required immunizations and screening: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19 vaccine and annual Influenza vaccine
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) documentation
• Physical/Health Statement demonstrating fitness for duty

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong infection control and PPE best practices
• Clear communication and teamwork in a clinical environment
• Attention to detail for documentation and compliance tasks
• Ability to follow competency-based protocols and testing requirements
• Professionalism, reliability and commitment to patient safety
