Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality resident care using the nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate, and document
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident-centered care and achieve desired outcomes
Educate residents and significant others about treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance
Participate in performance improvement activities to support quality outcomes and resident safety
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation to support continuity of care

Qualifications

Current California RN license required
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Current CPR certification
At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (SNF experience preferred)
Ability to administer medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop effective care plans

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with the nursing process and patient assessment
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Care planning and resident education skills
Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and collaborate with other healthcare providers
Cultural competence and strong communication skills

Benefits

Sign-on bonus: $7,500.00
Compensation structure with 30 pay increments to recognize up to 30 years of relevant experience
