Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in line with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient status and document observations clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Participate in care planning and help implement individualized interventions
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (Pennsylvania license preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
Current immunizations and ability to pass background and drug screening
Strong clinical assessment skills and solid medication administration knowledge
Compassionate bedside manner and ability to work well in a team environment

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical knowledge of basic medical-surgical nursing and long-term care practices
Medication administration and documentation accuracy
Vital signs monitoring and basic clinical assessment
Electronic medical record (EMR) familiarity or willingness to learn
Clear communication, empathy, and strong organizational skills
