Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care and monitoring to patients throughout your shift
• Perform required Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and complete the Trinity Skills Checklist to demonstrate clinical proficiency
• Maintain and verify required licenses and certifications through License/Certificate Verification processes
• Follow infection control and immunization requirements including fit testing and drug screening compliance
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care during overnight hours
• Document clinical findings and care interventions accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapy credentials as required by state licensure and facility policy
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Successful completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
• Ability to pass required health screenings and clearances: fit test, Tdap, COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, 2-step PPD or IGRA, varicella, physical/health statement, and Trinity 10-panel drug screen
• Willingness to work overnight rotations and the assigned holiday coverage

Knowledge & Skills

• Respiratory Therapy fundamentals and best practices
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency response skills via BLS and ACLS
• Familiarity with Trinity competency and documentation standards
• Strong clinical documentation and patient assessment abilities
• Commitment to following immunization and occupational health requirements
