Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and daily living assistance
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and alert nursing staff to changes
Support patient comfort and dignity while following care plans
Communicate clearly with the care team and participate in shift handoffs
Document care activities thoroughly and maintain patient confidentiality
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing
Reliable, caring attitude with a focus on patient dignity and safety
Basic skills in taking vital signs and assisting with ADLs
Willingness to pass required background checks and facility screenings
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient lifting, transfer, and positioning
Infection control practices and proper PPE use
Observation and reporting of changes in patient condition
Time management and documenting care accurately
Professional bedside manner and empathy with patients
