Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to adults and families
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Perform thorough assessments and document patient condition clearly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care plans
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient status, prioritizing safety
• Maintain infection prevention standards and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN license (must be eligible to practice in New Hampshire or hold a compact license)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; specialty certifications a plus
• Previous acute care or hospital nursing experience preferred
• Comfortable with medication administration, IV therapy, and clinical assessment
• Flexible, dependable, and able to integrate quickly into new teams
• Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Medication administration and IV/infusion experience
• Proficient documentation and charting, including electronic health records
• Excellent communication and teamwork with clinical staff
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
• Basic familiarity with safety protocols and infection control practices
