Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift; days not specified)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity and care
- Provide safe and compassionate mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
- Document care accurately and timely in the facility charting system
- Support mealtime assistance and ensure residents' dietary needs are respected
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- GNA certification or equivalent (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to pass background and health screenings as required by the facility
- Comfort working with the geriatric population and demonstrating patience, respect, and empathy
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work assigned night shifts
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an accredited GNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and infection control practices
- Ability to safely assist with transfers, lifts, and mobility aids
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to observe, recognize, and report changes in resident status
