Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Take and report vital signs and observe changes in patient condition
• Support nursing staff with patient transfers and safe handling
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
• Complete Prime Core Competencies and skills checklist as required
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and the care team
• Document care provided accurately and timely according to facility policy

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant experience (per diem role) as noted in job title
• Current BLS certification required
• DCI/BVP certification required
• Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam, Prime Skills Checklist, and Prime Specialty Exam as applicable
• Ability to pass Fit Test and Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel)
• Up-to-date vaccinations: COVID-19, MMR, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap, Hepatitis B
• TB test or Positive PPD with Negative Chest X-Ray documentation
• Completed Physical/Health Statement and Prime color-blind test where required

Knowledge & Skills

• BLS and DCI/BVP clinical competence
• Familiarity with Prime credentialing exams and checklists
• Infection control and vaccination compliance
• Ability to pass fit testing and drug screening requirements
• Comfortable with per diem workflows and rapid onboarding
