Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care during night shifts, assisting with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and bedside observations accurately
• Support nursing staff with timely communication and clear documentation
• Ensure patient safety and dignity while following infection control practices
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges during assigned shifts
• Participate in required competency exams and unit-specific skills checks

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant experience required (per job title)
• BLS certification (required)
• DCI/BVP certification (required)
• Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel) completed
• Completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Skills Checklist
• Fit test and required immunizations or documentation (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap, TB testing or Positive PPD with negative chest x-ray)
• Current physical/health statement on file

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care and personal care skills (ADLs)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a night-shift team
• Comfortable with infection control protocols and bedside safety
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Ability to pass required competency exams and skills checks
