Shift Type: Days to be determined, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM day shift; every other weekend required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team promptly
- Support safe mobility and fall-prevention measures while assisting residents with transfers and ambulation
- Follow individualized care plans and ensure documentation is accurate and timely
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and practice infection control standards consistently
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to advocate for resident needs
- Participate in shift handoffs and contribute to a positive, resident-centered workplace culture
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential — T-LNA or LNA classification accepted
- Current basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Comfortable working day shifts with an every-other-weekend rotation
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality resident care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program and LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of activities of daily living and basic nursing care practices
- Competent in taking and documenting vital signs and observing clinical changes
- Good communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and staff
- Basic infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to follow care plans and facility policies accurately and consistently
