Shift Type: Nights (schedule varies), 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (days of week to be confirmed)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and resident interactions
- Support safe mobility and fall-prevention measures during night hours
- Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, residents, and families to coordinate care
- Contribute to a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current GNA certification required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience working with geriatric or long-term care residents is a strong plus
- Basic life support or CPR certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by the facility
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently during night shifts
Education
- High school diploma or GED; completion of an accredited GNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on dignity and resident-centered care
- Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living and mobility support
- Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observation
- Good documentation and basic charting skills
- Infection control practices and adherence to facility policies
- Clear communication and teamwork during shift handoffs
