Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT imaging exams including CTA, head, chest, abdomen/pelvis to support timely diagnosis and treatment
- Operate and optimize advanced GE scanners such as Revolution 512 and Evolution 128 with attention to image quality and radiation safety
- Prioritize stroke and trauma imaging protocols to support rapid intervention in a Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level 1 Trauma environment
- Establish and manage IV access when needed, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Document exams accurately and promptly in Meditech and communicate results to the care team when appropriate
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and room readiness to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal downtime
- Provide patient-centered care and clear communication, especially for high-acuity and emergent cases
Qualifications
- CT Registered - required
- Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience (as listed in the posting)
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and working independently
- Experience or interest in trauma and stroke imaging is preferred
- IV skills preferred
- Familiarity with GE CT platforms and Meditech is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset

- Stroke and trauma imaging workflows
- GE Revolution 512, GE Evolution 128, GE 64 slice, GE Frontier 128 familiarity
- Meditech EMR documentation
- IV placement and contrast handling
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously
- Patient-centered communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary teams
