Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage ventilators and provide expert ventilator care for critically ill oncology ICU patients
• Titrate drips and manage vasoactive infusions safely and precisely
• Provide total care including tracheostomy care, turning, dressing changes, and bedside procedures
• Operate and troubleshoot CRRT, A-lines, IV pumps and Bipap as needed
• Document all patient care accurately in Meditech EMR
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
• Maintain appropriate 2:1 patient ratios and prioritize patient safety and comfort

Qualifications

• Active RN license (eligible to practice in the assignment state)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Strong experience with ventilator management, titrating drips and caring for Bipap patients
• CRRT experience and transplant ICU experience (Kidney/Pancreas/Liver) are preferred
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR and Flow-track is a plus
