Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images with attention to detail
• Position and prepare patients for MRI exams while ensuring their comfort and safety
• Follow infection control, scanning protocols, and safety guidelines to protect patients and staff
• Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to optimize imaging studies and outcomes
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any technical or safety issues promptly
• Document procedures accurately and maintain clear, timely patient records
• Complete competency testing and required checklists to meet site and Trinity standards

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (required)
• Active license/certificate verification as required by the facility
• Willingness and ability to complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
• Ability to pass site onboarding requirements: Fit test, Trinity 10-panel drug screen, vaccination and health screening requirements
• Comfort working evening shifts and every other weekend schedule

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of MRI safety and patient screening practices
• Skilled at patient positioning and producing diagnostic-quality MRI images
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner, especially for anxious or claustrophobic patients
• Familiarity with MRI protocols and ability to follow physician/radiologist instructions
• Detail-oriented documentation and ability to work within clinical workflows
