Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care to older adults as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff promptly
• Support safe transfers and ambulation, using proper body mechanics and safety equipment
• Document care and resident interactions accurately and respectfully
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and dignified living environment for every resident

Qualifications

• GNA certification (Class: GNA) — this role is seeking Geriatric Nursing Assistants
• Comfort and experience working with older adult populations in long-term care settings
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift as scheduled
• Willingness to complete facility-required health screenings and background checks

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with geriatric care principles and compassionate patient support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with residents and families
• Basic charting and documentation skills to record resident care accurately
• Safe resident handling and transfer techniques
• Teamwork mindset and the ability to follow nursing plans and care directions
