Shift Type: Variable days (as scheduled), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents, helping with daily activities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility needs
- Monitor residents’ condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
- Support safe transfers and positioning following facility protocols
- Document care, observations and interventions accurately and timely
- Create a respectful, dignified environment that promotes resident well-being
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current GNA certification as required by the state
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with geriatric or long-term care residents preferred
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset and strong communication skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a GNA program preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic geriatric care principles and ADL assistance
- Familiarity with safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Accurate charting and basic documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
- Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
