Shift Type: Varied per diem schedule (days vary), Night shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor residents’ condition and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe use of assistive devices
- Support mealtime, hygiene, and toileting needs with dignity and respect
- Document care accurately and timely in the resident record
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control practices
Qualifications
- Current GNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
- Comfort working night shifts and providing hands-on resident care
Education
- High school diploma or GED; GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong resident-centered care and bedside manner
- Basic clinical skills: vital signs, hygiene assistance, safe transfers
- Good documentation and communication with interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm in busy situations
- Teamwork mindset with a focus on resident dignity and quality of life
