Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging during the night shift, ensuring excellent image acquisition and patient safety
• Respond promptly to on-call night shift call-ins and provide dependable coverage when needed
• Follow DCI/BVP protocols and maintain certification standards while performing procedures
• Complete required competency exams and skills checklists to demonstrate ongoing proficiency
• Adhere to infection control, screening, and facility health requirements to protect patients and staff
• Document procedures, results, and patient interactions accurately and professionally
• Collaborate with the night team to maintain smooth operations and handoffs across shifts

Qualifications

• Current experience as a CT Technologist (Traveler role focused on night coverage)
• DCI/BVP certification (listed as required)
• Willingness to take and pass Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Skills Checklist
• Ability to provide on-call coverage 4 times per month and work rotating every-other-weekend schedule
• Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations as listed by the facility

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and patient positioning
• Familiarity with night-shift workflows and on-call responsibilities
• Ability to maintain image quality while prioritizing patient safety and comfort
• Clear communication skills for interacting with patients and night-team staff
• Comfort with competency testing and skills validation processes
• Adherence to infection control and workplace health requirements
