Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered critical care using the full nursing process — assess, plan, implement and evaluate
• Deliver direct ICU care and manage complex hemodynamic monitoring for critically ill patients
• Communicate clinical changes and abnormal results promptly with physicians and the care team
• Lead and guide patient and family education to support recovery and informed decisions
• Supervise and coordinate activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining ICU standards of care
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and treatment response
• Maintain strict patient privacy and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with Nursys verification required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DCI/BVP (listed as required)
• Comfortable and experienced in critical care/ICU environments; able to manage hemodynamic monitoring and complex patients
• Willingness to complete required onboarding checklist items (drug screen, immunizations, fit test, skills exams)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in critical care and ICU nursing principles
• Hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation
• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making
• Proficient with nursing process documentation and patient education
• Rhythm interpretation and basic pharmacology knowledge (Prime exams required)
• Ability to function well under pressure and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
