Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough speech-language evaluations to identify patient needs and strengths
• Deliver compassionate daily clinical treatments to help patients regain communication and swallowing function
• Plan and coordinate safe, efficient discharges in partnership with the care team
• Document progress and maintain timely, accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with an incredible multidisciplinary therapy team to provide coordinated care
• Follow CRG policies and procedures and meet productivity expectations to support quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active SLP state license or ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico
• 1-3 years of clinical experience (prior SNF experience is strongly preferred)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or equivalent certification
• Current professional credentials in good standing and ability to comply with facility onboarding requirements
• Comfort working in a skilled nursing facility and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred; relevant Bachelor’s degree with appropriate certification considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in conducting evaluations, clinical treatments, and discharge planning
• Experience with SNF workflows, resident-centered care, and documentation
• Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with productivity expectations and facility policies
