Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT to help patients regain function and independence
- Deliver compassionate patient care including gait training, therapeutic exercise, and modalities when appropriate
- Document patient progress accurately and timely in the facility charting system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home programs, safety strategies, and fall prevention
- Adapt treatment plans and communicate needs when floating between facilities, including Langdon Place of Keene
Qualifications
- Current, active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice; New Hampshire licensure preferred
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
- Comfortable working across settings and willing to float to Langdon Place of Keene as needed
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Previous experience in outpatient, inpatient rehab, or skilled nursing settings is a plus
Education
- Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfers, and ADL retraining
- Proficient with patient assessment and creating measurable treatment goals
- Competent documentation and charting practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with PTs, nurses, and support staff
- Good time management, adaptability, and clinical problem-solving
