Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to facility policies
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, condition changes, and responses to interventions
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that supports recovery and dignity
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic charting and handoffs
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers while educating patients and families

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for Pennsylvania required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Comfortable working night shifts and able to provide every-other-weekend coverage
• Able to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

• Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient at medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Skilled in taking and interpreting vital signs and recognizing patient changes
• Reliable documentation and electronic charting skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Compassionate patient care and strong interpersonal skills
