Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that preserves dignity and comfort
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the resident chart
• Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and family members to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (required)
• Completion of an accredited nursing assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Reliable, professional attitude and ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited nursing assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with ADLs and patient transfers
• Basic clinical skills and comfort with vital sign measurement
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and family updates
• Accurate charting and attention to documentation detail
• Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
