Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans to ensure continuity
- Support a positive, resident-centered environment that preserves dignity and independence
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, high-quality services every shift
Qualifications
- Current LNA certification valid in Vermont
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
- Comfort working evenings and every other weekend
- Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred but new grads with strong skills are welcome
Education
- Completion of a state-approved LNA program or equivalent training
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong resident care and personal assistance skills
- Good communication and teamwork with nurses and care staff
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy care setting
- Basic documentation and charting skills
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude toward resident-centered care
