Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting dignity
• Take and record vital signs accurately, reporting any changes in condition to nursing staff promptly
• Support safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility while following facility care plans
• Document care and observations thoroughly and legibly in the patient record
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to deliver consistent, resident-centered care
• Maintain infection control standards and follow facility policies to ensure resident safety

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification or T-LNA status as applicable
• Ability to start assignment on or by December 9, 2025
• Reliable own transportation and secured housing for the duration of the assignment
• Weekend availability and flexibility to cover shifts as needed
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Clean background check and required health screenings per facility policy

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of an approved LNA training program required

Knowledge & Skills

• Comfortable assisting with ADLs, transfers, and mobility support
• Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
• Solid documentation practices and attention to detail
• Infection control procedures and safe patient handling
• Time management skills to prioritize resident needs during shift
• Professional, empathetic communication with residents and families
