Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
• Support safe transfers and maintain accurate documentation of care
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered service that preserves dignity

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification (VT or NH licensure appropriate for assignment)
• Minimum relevant clinical experience preferred; enthusiasm and a caring attitude required
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Up-to-date immunizations and negative TB test per facility policy
• Ability to pass background and health screenings

Education

• High school diploma or GED and completion of an approved LNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care and observation skills
• Comfortable with basic clinical documentation and charting
• Effective communication and teamwork on night shift
• Safe resident handling and transfer techniques
• Dependable, punctual, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
