Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Monitor and record vital signs, changes in condition, and communicate concerns to the care team
• Support patient comfort and safety while promoting independence and dignity
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the facility electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — state licensure required or eligible
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Comfortable working evening shifts and supporting a diverse patient population
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Willingness to complete required facility onboarding, background check, and health screenings

Education

• LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited nursing program
• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong fundamentals in medication administration and safety
• Skilled in wound care, vital sign assessment, and basic bedside procedures
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills
