Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility support
• Monitor and document patient condition, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
• Support safe, clean and comfortable living environments for residents
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
• Communicate respectfully with residents and families to promote dignity and comfort

Qualifications

• Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) credential
• Eligible to work in VT or NH as indicated by the assignment location
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable performing hands-on resident care with good communication skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required by facility

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of state-approved nursing assistant program (LNA/CNA)

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with resident care and ADLs
• Basic charting and documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes in condition
