Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs accurately and reliably
• Document care activities and communicate changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support safe transfers and fall prevention practices
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver resident-centered care
• Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Active LNA license (VT or NH) or ability to obtain required state licensure promptly
• Current basic life support (BLS) as required by facility policies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced care setting with empathy and professionalism
• Pass a background check, drug screen, and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to be a team player on a travel assignment

Education

• Completion of a state-approved Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) program
• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient-care skills and knowledge of basic nursing procedures
• Good charting and observational skills for accurate documentation
• Clear communication and teamwork with nurses, therapists, and family members
• Ability to follow care plans and infection control protocols
• Comfort with lifting/assisting residents and using safe patient handling techniques
