Shift Type: Schedule varies; primarily 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (evening/day shift) with weekend coverage as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents with dignity and respect
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to clinical staff promptly
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
- Support safe mobility and fall prevention strategies for residents
- Collaborate with team members to create a warm, home-like environment
- Follow infection control and facility safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Current LNA certification in good standing
- CPR/BLS preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation and arranged housing for the assignment
- Willingness to work weekends when needed
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Previous long-term care or assisted living experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active LNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in daily resident care and ADL assistance
- Comfortable with documentation and basic charting
- Knowledge of infection control practices and resident safety
- Able to follow care plans and communicate observations clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
