Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for assigned residents
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Perform regular assessments and monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record
Support patient and family education with clear, respectful communication
Uphold infection control practices and facility safety standards at all times

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in New Mexico
Current BLS/CPR certification from an accredited provider
Comfortable working scheduled days: Sunday, Friday, Saturday with 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM shifts
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
Experience in long-term care or medical-surgical settings is a plus

Education

Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN) or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and accurate clinical documentation
Basic patient assessment, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Infection control and patient safety best practices
Time management and prioritization for long day shifts
Collaborative teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
