Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and mobility)
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
Assist residents with rehabilitation activities and follow individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while following infection control policies
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
Previous CNA experience preferred but not strictly required
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Ability to reliably work the listed schedule (Mon, Wed, Sat)
Willingness to complete facility-required background checks and health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

Strong basic nursing care skills and hands-on patient assistance
Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Basic documentation and charting abilities
