Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Support safe patient transfers and mobility with proper technique
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Document care accurately and timely in resident records
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver person-centered care
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Local candidates only (as noted in the order)
• Comfortable working night shifts: Wed, Thu, Fri 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
• Ability to work an 11-week assignment (Start 2026-04-01 through 2026-06-10)
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused with strong communication skills
• BLS/CPR certification preferred

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Assisting with ADLs, bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Safe patient handling and mobility assistance
• Basic vital signs monitoring and reporting
• Infection control and standard precautions
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
• Time management and accurate documentation skills
