Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, and toileting respectfully and safely
Take and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition promptly
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Support rehab and nursing staff with therapy goals and daily care plans

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
Active or eligible to obtain CNA authorization in New Mexico
Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Previous experience in long-term care or rehab settings is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and basic nursing support
Safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
Vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control and hygiene best practices
Ability to follow care plans and report clinical changes
