Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record patient status and vital signs accurately
Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and rehabilitation activities as directed
Document care and communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Collaborate with therapists and nurses to help patients progress toward goals

Qualifications

Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required
Available for assignment from 2026-04-01 through 2026-05-06
Able to work Wednesday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Local to Albuquerque, NM (LOCAL ONLY) and eligible to work at the facility

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care and strong interpersonal communication
Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, safe patient handling
Reliable documentation and attention to detail
Teamwork in a rehabilitation setting and follow-through on care plans
Stamina and time-management for long day shifts
